Sutton Veny Parish Council

NOTICE of the Meeting of the Parish Council
I hereby give you notice that the meeting of the Sutton Veny Parish Council will be held in the Village Hall on Thursday, 7th June 2018 at 7.00pm. All members of the Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and receiving the business to be transacted, as set out hereunder.

1) To receive apologies for absence from those unable to attend

2) Open Session for members of the public (3 minute limit per topic applies)

3) To receive declarations of interests in accordance with the Localism Act 2011

4) To approve as a correct record the previously circulated minutes of the meeting held on 3rd May 2018
