Dates to be arranged for Quiz Night and Ploughman’s Luncheon.

In the past year the Trustees have replaced the 1970’s chairs with modern comfortable padded chairs, installed a new oil-fired boiler which will enable complete control of the heating system, making it more efficient to run. New small blue tables have been purchased and a set of blue gingham tablecloths for the medium 13 sized tables which can be hired for functions.

Together with fund raising by the Trustees and contributions given by the Parish Council, and the Flower Show Committee, these projects have been able to take place. The Parish Council contribution also enabled the Trustees to install a sign on the main road indicating the position of the hall and a timed light to facilitate locking the front door in the dark.

What next ??? Only at the planning and discussion stage -  patio doors and a paved area on to the Alexander Memorial Field, and new curtains for the hall.
